Yhd Turkish Kebab - Governors Bay

The staff were incredibly friendly, particularly the woman with pink hair who took our orders. The food was excellent, and we would definitely return!

I've been visiting this restaurant for some time now, and I have to say the service is exceptional. The husband and wife team who run it are consistently warm and welcoming! The food is absolutely fantastic! I've traveled throughout New Zealand, and I can confidently say that these are the best kebabs I've ever had—no question about it! With such great service and incredible food, why would you go anywhere else?

The staff is friendly, and this place is definitely one of the best in Christchurch for meat on chips. Their regular portion size is comparable to what other kebab shops consider a large.

This is the easiest 5 stars I have given, I'd give 10 stars if I could. We moved to Christchurch in 2017 and have never been able to find a decent Turkish place... Until now that is. This place is amazing! Just walked off the street on a whim and bought a kebab. Best choice of the week! The people were nice, and looked like they enjoyed their jobs; but it wouldn't have mattered if they were horrible, because their food was amazing! It was the best kebab I have eaten for ages, and a generous size, stuffed with meat. Will definitely be going again!
