I happened to stop by on the last day of my trip to the South Island of New Zealand and found a reason to come back to the South Island. The taste of the ingredients was vivid, especially the salmon roll, and it wasn't salty, so I regained the energy I had lost. Next time I land at Christchurch Airport, I will start my trip from here.
