Child Sister - Governors Bay

Cafe gets really crowded when they open at 8am on weekends, so best to arrive a little early. Service is prompt and friendly and the food is good, but the coffee is even better. Lovely place to sit outside too when it’s not too cold. Ample parking available along the roads near the cafe.

Nice airy and clean cafe, coffee was absolutely delicious as was the Shakshuka! Very busy though so had taken us a few weekends to actually get a table as bookings aren't taken for groups of 2. Will definitely go back to try some of the other dishes we saw going to other tables lots of cleaned plates!

This is a restaurant that I go often on my day off, and I really recommend this place. The staff are kind and the boss is nicer, so I can't quit this restaurant. The food is so good

Excellent location close to Margaret Mahy Playground for those parents who want to tie in a Cafe visit with a trip to the playground. The service was really fast we were in and out in half hour from 130 2pm on a Saturday. Husband loved the eggs benedict but felt the rosti was undercooked. My ginger lemon tea was lovely and my daughter really enjoyed her fluffy too. We will be back soon!
