Bar do Fred - Governador Valadares

Our hotel recommended this bar and it is very popular . They have a variety of dishes which will suit all palettes. The staff are very friendly and efficient. There were families, coupled, groups and it's very popular you have to get there before the evening rush to guarantee a table.

Great place to drink a beer with friends and eat fingers food. The beer is really cold and the price ok. Try the "asinhas vulcanicas" they are very nice. Here is a tip: keep your beer bottles near so you can count them latter.

Bar do Fred (pronounced Frege) is a very popular spot virtually every day of the week. The patrons are nice, the food good and the beers ICE COLD. They usually have WiFi too.Don't expect music as the noise from the crowd would drown it out. Do expect excellent service - they pride themselves on this - your beer won't remain empty more than 60 seconds (unless you're hiding it), oh and do save your beer bottles so they can count them later... trust me on this....and try the fried pork skins - they're divine.

And I say it again! valadares is the right place to have a cold beer. the temperatures of this city are volcanic, no sweat. So if it is time to relax (or not. no excuse required) surrounded by friends or just taking their loved ones, this is the place they also have falsifications, huh, fries and meat with twee. I'll take pictures next month when I go there. they will see. Come with me!
