Slite Strandbar - Gotland

Very nice place at the beach, we loved it!! The cabin was quite new and very well equipped.

WARNING! Its not a campingsite anymore. We arrived late, just with one tent and two bicycle, and they wont let you put your tent up, because clamping is the new thing and makes more money. Heard several other complains from travelers at our trip around the island. Really can 't recommend this place. They went crazy this year One rich person tries to buy all the camping sites on gotland. Wish there were more easy going places at this beautiful island.

Stayed a night in their drömstuga med ocean view. Well equipt tidy place with great view. Very cozy and nice place for the family. Their breakfast was good including waffles, scrumbled egg and bacon that u can order to the table.

Lovely location by the sea, but the service level is far lower than what you’d expect from a place where you pay 2000 to stay in a tent (glamping). Charging 100 kr for breakfast for a 2 year old is not really acceptable. Finding a wasp in the juice at breakfast without even getting an apology is not acceptable. The pool was fully booked when we were there, even though it was supposed to be included with the stay. The funny thing is that the staff doesn’t prioritize booking for customers, but instead prioritize their online booking system where people pay 250 kr an hour. I guess they can get some extra money that way. Sad to see them not caring about overnight customers. Tl dr; I’d recommend to stay away from this place until the service level is improved.
