Fantastisk restaurant. Usædvanlig facade og ned i kælderen, og derefter udfolde dette sted. Værten tager vores jakker og fortæller os vores sted. Vi får menukortet og vinlisten og beslutter os for 5-retters menu med vin menu. Hvad en smagsoplevelse får vi både lækre brød og svampesuppe, lammetar og hav spænde med timian før oksekød og desserterne kommer. Ostedesser var noget af det bedste jeg har fået indtil vi får hvis med hyben creme Anbefalet som et must i Göteborg. 6 stjerner. Tak, fordi du indsendte en redigering.

Really good experience. We had the 7 course menu with the wine- and juicemenu. Excellent tastes, good size of the dishes. The meat (Ox) was so so tender, the cod was perfectly cooked. And the small cheesy palate cleansing balls was a great surprise. We definitely recommend Somm

Such as a great experience! The food is seriously good, the wines are excellent and there is a good range to choose from. I loved the choice of fixed menus (we had the five course menu). The music was brilliant too. But the star, the real star, is the sole front of house person. He was so engaging and never missed a beat. This wee restaurant is perfect. The only thing I’m mad about is that it looks like the people of Göteborg does not know what a star they have in their own backyard. The evening was perfect. A long time since I’ve experienced such good wine pairings. And the casual behavior of the person that served us (Sorry, I forgot your name) was spot on.
