Followed by the very beautiful landscape and the cozy environment in the host house the service was very friendly and dedicated. the orderings were taken up immediately and the eating did not take too long. Eating was very good and definitely recommended. again happy

Historically perfect brewhouse, you can look at the impeller and relax with a delicious drink. beautiful Bavarian brewhouse ambiente, insurgent service, appealing dining and drinks selection. brauhaus with a comfortable atmosphere.

This is probably the nicest situated restaurant in Goslar, by a mill stream. The building is old and quirky, and on a summers evening eiting inside or outside in the garden is very pleasant. We have been before and the food is really good pub grub, and of course the beer is excellent.So why the lousy score?After the meal I asked for the bill, which was brought bu a waiter who had not served us during the meal. He demanded a tip with an attitude. I am well aware of the tipping culture in Germany which is at most to round up the bill with a few euros.The waiter assumed that because we were English and elderly he could browbeat us.He became more insistent and aggresive-I had to say "NO" three times with increasing loudness before he finally allowed us to pay the bill-with no tip at all.The Paulaner organisation really should not allow such conduct.
