Papa Johns Pizza - Goshen

Enjoy waiting on hold and listening to that dumb song over and over and over. Alright food though

The pizza is normal papa John's pizza good pizza, but more expensive than in the past. And the service is seriously lacking. I've had problems on multiple occasions. I recommend carry out. Delivery left mush to be desired if you want hot or speedy food.

So i am a former five star reviewer for this place but the last five times ive either not gotten my soda or i’ve gotten the wrong one this time i called to complain the young lady got rude with me and cut me off hope the paltry amount you lost from my lack of future business was worth the $4 for the soda

Called 1 hour after placing a delivery order to find out the order had been cancelled. No one called to confirm or anything and nothing was offered to make it right. Now we are scrambling with hungry

I called 3 times and no one answered the phone. The fourth time I got a young girl that couldn't spell my name. I want the Shaq a Roni and she asked me if I wanted pepperoni. To me that is pure stupidity. Something should be done about her.
