Culver's - Goshen

We dine at this restaurant frequently. It offers the highest quality fast food, and the staff is consistently friendly and efficient. While it used to be a bit more expensive than other places, now it’s comparable to the rest.

The drive-thru is usually busy, but the wait time is short—only about 5 to 10 minutes before you have your food in hand. The burger basket meals and cheese sauce are delicious. While the chocolate may not suit my European palate, the frozen custard is simply amazing. Meanwhile, at McDonald's next door, you could end up waiting an hour for cold nuggets or be told they’re out of items.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I ordered the fish sandwich and onion rings, and both were delicious. The customer service was quick and courteous.

I'm working on my assessment three years ago. I usually didn't have much to say about fast food than his more of a utilitarian stop for me... but tonight I worked late ant took a break to take food 7:40 Esh and Arbys was closed early (no coworkers supposedly), so I ran to culvers and as I ordered I made note about the cars in McDonald's windows waiting for food, as I was getting paid and eating. In this new world of excuses, and mediocre customer support, because we were taught as consumers to be kind, because they only have 2 employees, it seems only Culver 's has found a way not only to keep fast food fast, but also to keep it fresh and tasty and friendly staff who do not seem to be abused by customers or exploited by their employer. (Only my perception). So... thanks for reminding me of what I should expect from a fast food restaurant.

Great food and great icecream, you will consistently get a great hot burger and fries with every visit
