Antica Trattoria Al Sabotino - GORIZIA

I have been here with a couple of friends after a day around local wine yards. They waited us for lunch, we were quite late, but always with a smile. We got starters and first dish only, but we found everything very good quality. I was impressed with the service, very professional, the choice of wine is very good. Definitely I can suggest this place for a nice meal.

Very hidden gem in Gorizia. In this very empty town you can find a good small restaurant. Food choice is local, service is friendly, interiors very cozy. I just had a lamp with the most delicious home made fries. The menu cover fish and meet, wine list also by glass of course from the local wineries which happened to be one of the best in the world. We are very near to the famous Collio. Perfect experience. Good price. Definitely is going to be my local restaurant in Gorizia!

Nice place and delicious dishes. .however wait 45 minutes for a first and see served friends before you is unacceptable

A small restaurant with the private atmosphere. Firstly, the food was great. Such an interesting choice in menu. The octopus was delicious! Secondly, extremely helpful and kind staff with a great knowledge of English. The main chef was very caring and friendly.

A very intimate place in the city center. excellent quality, of course. service always courteous and accommodating. recommended especially for couples for summer garden.
