Przekaż informację zwrotnąLiz and her team provided my family and friends with the most beautiful rehearsal dinner in her garden. Liz created the most delicious south East Asian themed dinner and was able to accommodate my guests under her tent. I am still dreaming of the combination of flavors and complexity of her dishes. Growing up, we went to her restaurants often and it's where I have fond memories of gathering with my family and grandparents. Her storefront and restaurant are a big pillar in the gorham community and draw tourists into the small mountain town. I look forward to going up north every summer and hope Liz has restaurants up there forever!
I'm staying in town to help with transportation and support for hikers in the family. Splurged on a solo dinner and have no regrets, only a deep desire for more stomachs. A few details worth mentioning: semolina bread that accompanies the gulf shrimp app should not be skipped, handkerchief pasta texture was perfect, and, in case you think I've just got a gluten fixation, I was nearly undone by the dreamy, almond flour chocolate cake. Don't overthink it. Just go.
Best restaurant in 100 miles. Wonderful food and wonderful people. Definitely try the Saturday stacks while they are still doing them.
Cute place, good food, but never open when we want to go, which is pretty disappointing. We have a vacation home up here and come up once a month. In a year and a half, we’ve been there once. Every other time it has been closed for some reason. Info isn’t up to date if you try to look it up on Google, the website or Facebook page. I’m not sure how they stay in business being open only after 5, closing down for vacation in the summer and closing for “the season” which I assume is all winter. Recommend at least calling ahead if you are thinking of going here. Hope they consider adding more hours someday so we can actually go here again.
Absolutely recommend. Easy covid-safe takeout. Amazing food. Dishes are like a fusion of southeast Asian and American classics with a unique spice palate. There's some real creativity and skill in the kitchen here. The duck with handmade noodles was a highlight for me. The Cambodian noodles were savory and warming, kind of like a mild red curry sauce. Perfect for a cold winter night.
