The location actually in the winter is beautiful. I was the only guest, perhabs the hole day. The staff is really lovely and called for me a english speaking person. The salad was not fresh and the options on this evening limited #Veganuary

I was walking around Göreme, visiting the nearby caves when i have found this restaurant. I was fallowing the track to an opened air church. Few minutes before, i slipped on the rocks and had some injuries on my arms and legs. The owner ran into his place to offered me alcohol and healing strips. After chatting for a while, i discovered that most of his menu was vegan. He confirmed he could easily adapt every plate as vegan. The restaurant has a car park, a beautiful organic garden you can visit, and a beautiful point of view on Göreme and around. The place is also gorgeous at evening. The full-time vegan restaurants in göreme have been closed, so we looked for a restaurant with vegan options and chose nazar. the eating was simple (sweet green but fresh and made by a super friendly family) but this view was soouo beautiful! definitiw recommended.

We had a Turkish salad (vegetarian,) a vegetarian gözlem and a mediteran börek (came with yogurt sauce, but could be made vegan) and it was really delicous.
