Hotel Marquis Manthan in Pen is a great spot for vegetarian cuisine. We had lunch there and enjoyed the paneer dishes.

Decent place to eat. they have an exclusive vegetarian restaurant. It iw bang on the Mumbai Goa highway. Although they have a good menu, they are unable to meet customer requirements. Unable to cope with rush and service goes down very drastically. It takes 45 mins get you order delivered.
