Packaging was so poor. all stuff mixed with each other.so couldn't enjoy properly. Raita mixed with daal and curry in paper bag. so you can assume about our meal.

The absolute worst service in the city. Don't ever make the mistake of getting a takeaway from . They will take forever to deliver your order and they will even go to the extent to give your order to someone else. I waited for 50 mintues for 3 plates of poori and the guy on the counter gave my order to someone else. When I confronted him, he said that my order will take time even though I mentioned that people who came after me have gotten their orders and they had a larger order than mine. The restaurant is still decades behind in service and refrains from changing it's methods. Plus the staff is always in a bad attitude including the biller and server. Everytime I go there its a test of patience and I have to make up my mind that I'll have a bad experience for sure. Just because the food is less bad than other restaurants, it does not give us a choice of other places and this is what takes advantage of. should either close it's door or improve it's service. Either is highly unlikely though because old monkeys cant learn new tricks.
