Second time I was in this place in 2 weeks and had great hot good meals. The chicken was so good. And the customer service was surprisingly good. Just be hesitant to drive through the window. You? Not so nice to go inside. I will definitely be a return customer.

Two visits, same night: #1 Due to some sort of order glitch, my mobile order could not be found when I arrived. Not the store employees' fault, but they also couldn't be any less helpful. They just didn't seem to care, or maybe didn't know how to help. Nothing in their interactions with me demonstrated empathy. All I could do was pay for another order. #2 9:30PM on Tuesday evening. No one answering at the drive-thru speaker. There were two cars in front of mine, waiting at the pickup window. I have no idea what was going on. AFAIK they close at 10PM, according to Google.

Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, then asked to pull forward for another 8+ minutes. No one was particularly friendly. Out of the dessert item. Not good. This was also before the lunch rush. July 2019 update: still BS... out of the first two things I chose. Will never revisit! 2021 update: Still garbage. Went at 11am and received the worst sandwich I?ve ever had from all stores. Stale bun and soggy chicken!!! It?s freaking 11am!!! How the hell is it stale and soggy already?!

I'm always amazed at how good Popeye's spicy chicken sandwich is. I always had a good experience at this point. The staff was always professional and friendly, and they work hard because many others love their chicken sandwich too. We're Legion.

Went to the drive thru to pick up a mobile order for 24 pieces of chicken and 48 pieces of nuggets. Also ordered 3 big sweet teas while we were there. When we came into the window, the cashier told the staff she needed for the mobile order, and the answer was angry that she had to come. We didn't. We haven't even dropped her into the fat. It felt like my $50 order was a setup and not welcome. I regret giving them my money and never bringing them out again. Even the tea was not very sweet. Waste of money there.
