Wendy's - Goodyear

I figured if I asked for a refund, it would take too long and by then my food would be cold. The cashier seemed to realize he had overcharged me but didn’t offer to refund the dollar or rectify the situation. He simply completed the transaction and walked away. While a dollar may not seem like a lot, it’s really about the lack of customer care that left a negative impression on me. Because of this, I doubt I’ll return to this Wendy's location again.

We typically dine here once a month. Unfortunately, I noticed that about 25% of the parking area had litter, including paper and straws. Inside, the floors were approximately 15% dirty, with dark stains and dim corners. While the kitchen appeared well-stocked and clean, the exit area could use some attention. The staff member who served us seemed a bit worn out. Overall, I would suggest focusing on three key improvements: maintaining cleaner parking and dining areas, enhancing staff morale, and ensuring attention to detail throughout the restaurant. This location is conveniently situated right across from the highway and tends to be busy, but we didn't have to wait long to place our order.

I've been a regular at the Wendy's in Goodyear, and I'm always impressed by the consistently hot food and friendly service. Jackie stands out as one of the best staff members! Food rating: 5/5.

I go a lot to wendy (not for me, I just get them), and with this wendy’s they screw up the job a lot. in the did I put together a tabular calculation to follow these things, and from 100 commands were 42 wrong. the actual eating is in order, but make sure that their order is correct before they leave.

My family and I stopped by tonight (Sat Sept 17th) and we went in to order to go and had the best experience. The manager on duty was so nice and professional. A true example of what great customer service looks like. It meant so much, thank you sir.
