Mimi's Cafe - Goodyear

I visited for brunch and found the restaurant quite understaffed. It also seemed to be short on tables, walls, flooring, and even ceilings. However, the open atmosphere was nice and really enhanced the overall experience. I would give it a 5/5!

It's within walking distance from our hotel, so we've been enjoying our dinners at Mimi's Cafe. I really like the salmon with Asian vegetables and rice. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is lovely. The staff is also very friendly.

It was a bustling Sunday morning when I visited, which often suggests great food, and this spot certainly lived up to that expectation. I ordered the cinnamon bun French toast, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size was generous, offering great value for the meal. The service was slightly slow, but given how busy the restaurant was, it was understandable.

Their grilled cheese is fire. Out of everything, grilled cheese? Hell. Yes. If you like french bread pizza, you'll love it. Lost a star for getting rid of the strawberry topped chocolate mousse. Booo!

I absolutely loved this café! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, featuring charming interior design that makes you feel like you're in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and they have the BEST muffins. I even took some muffins home for breakfast the next day! I highly recommend this place!
