Hayashi Hibachi - Goodyear

I've not even had a chance to eat but I could not walk out because NY family were all here with me. The hostess were so busy flirting with one another that they could not be bothered to address us. I requested a manager and no one ever came. I found the manager and he just rolled his eyes at me. I would never suggest anyone to come here...the smell of grease is so thick it hits hard as you enter, very dark and the children hosting certainly need training or replaced. Poor, poor customer appreciation with prices so high! They must do better!

Denzel, our server was a true standout! From the moment we were seated, his warm smile and attentive nature made us feel right at home. Despite not being behind the grill, Denzel's professionalism and charm elevated our dining experience to new heights. He expertly guided us through the menu, offering recommendations tailored to our tastes, and ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect. Denzel's impeccable timing and seamless coordination with the kitchen staff meant that our food arrived promptly and was served with finesse. His friendly demeanor and engaging personality added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening, as he entertained us with lively conversation and witty remarks. Denzel's dedication to providing exceptional service truly shone through, making our visit to Hayashi an absolute pleasure. We left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces, already looking forward to our next dining experience with Denzel as our server! Thank you Denzel!

I love Hibachi and this is my second time visiting this location. The food is good I've had better at different venues but this is decent. What makes my rating low is the restaurant itself. It's so dark and the grease smell is heavy. I realize it's a Hibachi restaurant but it's really overwhelming. You can even see the grease on the wood blinds which were closed. I didn't even remember to take pictures of the food I was eating so fast to leave! I think they owe it to their patrons to do a cleaning and some updates because it's not an appealing place to eat.

Great place for a date night but the food could use a little more seasoning

For my First Ever Hibachi Experience, it was Amazing the food was great and the service was excellent but the roof was leaking and that kinda threw me off a little bit besides that I can't wait to return when I come back to Phoenix!! You Got big Fans in Ohio!!!
