El Pollo Loco - Goodyear

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered the 8-piece family meal and added a cheese quesadilla for the kids. Not only was the quesadilla and a piece of chicken missing, but the salad was a mess, the chicken we received was mangled and overcooked, and the server seemed to be having a rough day (which was clearly noted by others as well). We will definitely not be returning.

The food was good, but I ordered the chicken avocado salad and was charged for the chicken tostada salad instead. When I brought this to their attention, they were able to provide me with the correct amount. I was charged $4 plus tax, but they only credited me $2.55. While it's not a huge issue, it felt like I deserved a full refund, and I believe I should have received the correct amount.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. While the customer service was generally good, the woman taking my order had a particularly unpleasant attitude. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order and it was wrapped in the wrong tortillas. When I brought this to their attention, they became defensive and responded with a rude attitude. Overall, I’m not sure I’ll be returning to this place again.

Polit service and chicken with sides are okay, but cilantro is sketched. Not exactly $26 quality. Not even $15 quality in my opinion.

May I just say I have been coming to this location for several months and I truly enjoy their service and food! Today though I wanted to recognize a drive-through person named Jesse who went above and beyond with her guest service. Jesse...Thank you for offering me an alternative and it was wonderful thank you so much you are awesome!
