Przekaż informację zwrotnąI’ve been to this location a couple dozen times too many. Mobile orders are almost never ready when ordered ahead and I have to call someone just to let them know about it. Service is level is extremely low and needs manager oversight. Customers are ignored and employees use their phones before they acknowledge a customer in the store. 1 Star.

Wow I just had the best customer service experience! I was waiting for my frozen coffee and donut holes along with others, and one of the staff members took control of the entire store and assured everyone had their coffee and food order in a timely manner. I’m not typically a Dunkin girly but I will definitely come more often to this location!
Ordered the Maple bacon Croissant sandwich with no egg. The rep took my payment. Another rep ask what are we waiting for? Assuming she just didn’t know, we told her the exact sandwich order. It was actually on the counter in front of her. She handed it to us, we said thank you and left. Open the wrapping, I received an warm sandwich with an ice cold egg!! Smh LolIt’s an reason I asked for no egg but for unknown reason they felt they needed to play a joke.As far as the link to do a survey, it didn’t work!
Workers were great but the store was out of almost everything to make a cold beverage. Workers were helpful and friendly, just surprised in a weekday afternoon they were wiped clean.
