Another unsatisfied customer. had a mobile order filled incorrectly and there was no correction. it was like they told me too bad. if they make a mistake in preparing a meal, customer service 101 says to correct it. it wasn't even 25% exactly. wrong tear, wrong meat, wrong topping. there was no mistake. two trips (original pickup and what I suspected to be the corrected eating) and not a meal for me.
This had to be the worst experience I have ever had at this location. Not only were they out of shredded cheese, which I could forgive them for but to get a bowl with only a few forks of rice and same with carnitas is unforgivable. Damn, an I was a faithful customer but looks like I won't be anymore. I can't believe that they packaged that and gave it out. Shame on you.
Is it possible to give less? These people are incompetent. Had an issue called manager and he hung up on me. Apparently he could not understand big words like irresponsible or unacceptable I am not joking) I am next on the line to corporate about the way he and another worker treated my family. I will NEVER eat there again and if he is not properly reprimanded... I will definitely shout to the rooftops the horrible, racists and sexist way the mgr and his employee is. There is no place for that at all.
By far the worst and I mean absolutely worst chipotle ever! They have no customer service and on top of that they take so long to get your food your online for about an hour! I come to this one only because it's the only one near me. If you can avoid this chipotle I have to say I might drive the extra time to not have to deal with this place.
