I ordered the app. Once I got into the load, I was turned away as I was told that there was not enough personal and that I was happy and tried to call. after several phone calls in the load without answer I went online to the feedback and asked a call back. nothing. I'm out of $25 for an order I never got, and I'm not happy. I expected more of carls jr.
After getting the order wrong the manager, cashier and the person in the back intentionally tampered with the replacement food and tried to hand it to me with a strait face. The owners of this franchise should be embarrassed with their hiring choices. I know it's slim pickings right now, but you shouldn't keep anyone with that sort of behavior in the food industry...
Went through drive through to get chicken tenders. Chicken tenders, and fries tasted like they sat for 3 months. Not good at all. Not fresh at all.
Drive-thru wasn't a terrible wait. eating was fresh, but the shaking machine was broken. if I wanted, I'm just going to mcds.
