Boulangerie 113 - GOODWOOD

Had a normal croissant and a peppermint and dark chocolate croissant . IMO not the best croissant i had, just an average croissant but Peppermint croissant was quite good tho

Really wanted to like this little place and I ordered a few things but all of them were disappointing, the most being the spinach pastry. The pasty was inedible as it was so hard and the green vegetable was unrecognizable as it was so badly over cooked. Coffees were acceptable. Would not go back there for the food.

Awesome sourdough and great pastries. Stick with the simple, more traditional lines and you'll do super well. Coffee 3.5, pastries 4.0, bread 4.5.

Simply put , the premiere bread in SA. Flavoursome , crusty - moist where it needs to be . The sourdough & bageuttes even hold up brilliantly the next day. Their quirky croissants & butter pastries are great also. Coffee is awesome , which is a bonus as a lot of artisanal bakeries leave this as an afterthought

Great fit out, fantastic croissants and some of the best flavoured pies I've had in a long while! Artisan breads and beautifully made pastries make this a place I'll come back to. Work on the coffee and it'll be perfect!
