Przekaż informację zwrotnąSometimes you just have to have a crystal! The times I've been here lately, they're just driving. But they have some great things especially on the breakfast menu I didn't know about. The land fried Krystal and the sausage and gravy bites. You're both very good.
This is probably the worst Krystal?s location I?ve ever encountered. I tried to order a meal, and I waited at intercom for about 10 minutes. I wasn?t greeted or anything. The associate said, ?we can?t take orders right now.? I was like what. They took 3 orders before me. This was at 7:00 pm. I asked were they close or what was going on and no reply. The service here is always terrible. If you do get service it will take awhile to get your order placed and picked up.
If there was an option for ZERO stars, that's what I would put! The line was wrapped around the building with cars and the no one was taking orders on the intercom nor was there a sign posted to drive to the window. After waiting for a few minutes at the intercom, I drove around and no one was in line. Get to the window and the lady says that she didn't know anyone was waiting because she went to the bathroom and muted her phone and never turned it back on. I told her it was a line behind me waiting. She took my order and STILL DID NOT TURN HER HEADSET ON! The car behind me finally pulled around. While they were so called fixing my food, the cook and other staff are inside walking around talking and playing. She comes to the window to tell me that it'll be a second because the cook can't find his phone and he's looking for it. I SAID SERIOUSLY???? THIS WAS SO UNACCEPTABLE! IF I HADN'T HAD ALREADY PAID I WOULD'VE LEFT!
There has been a significant improvement at this restaurant location. Our order at the drive-thru was accurate, fresh, and hot. The staff member at the window was polite and friendly.
This is possibly the worst Crystal location I have ever been to. I attempted to order a meal and waited at the counter for about 10 minutes. I was not acknowledged at all. The employee simply stated, "We cannot take orders right now." I was confused because they had taken three orders before me. This happened around 7pm. I inquired about the situation but received no response. The service here is consistently terrible. Customers have to wait a long time to place an order and then to pick it up.
