Kfc - Goodlettsville

We have an amazing experience every time we visit this restaurant. Tonight, Quincy and Nick took care of us, and they were incredibly friendly with outstanding service. The manager was also present, though I can't recall his name. I wish other restaurants could be this fantastic!

The food was fresh! The drive-thru was a bit slow, but everything else was great.

When I finally got my food and parked to eat, I found my order was also incorrect and completely ruined. It looked like someone had squished everything together, torn apart the packaging, and items were missing. I drove back around to explain the situation, but the staff had the worst attitude I've ever encountered. They refused to remake my order, insisting I would have to just deal with it. After about ten minutes of arguing, I finally got my food. They threw it all into the bag haphazardly, handed it to me through the window, and added a snarky, "See you later, white boy." This experience was truly disappointing. I will never return to this KFC location, and I think they truly reflect the pay they receive.

Nasty nasty, I normally don 't eat from KFC except the potato bowls are good and the chicken lil. Because the ads said it was something new I decided to try the chicken and mac bowl ????????????????. Don 't do it to yourself. I like spicy food so I wentwith the spicy one and got a bowl of grease. When I took it back they looked at me like I was crazy and told me it was "juice "from the spicy sauce(see pic). I said NO its grease that separated from that Nashville hot sauce they have there. Even thoughthat was gross I still Decided to try the classic yuck! Please don 't don 't try it and I 'll stick to what I know next time.

So, it 's been twice now and apparently they can 't count. I order a 12 piece dark meat only and get 8 pieces. This time I had them check at the window and they said.. yeah, it 's a 12 piece ...right. I call them from home and I get blown off. They donot want to talk to me. Never again will I go there. They are rude, can 't count and don 't care apparently.
