Another customer walked in returning their sandwich. I have had better experiences at other Subway locations where they make it perfectly. This visit was a waste of money.
I will never visit this location again. I placed an order online and they completely ignored my special instructions. The manager was incredibly rude and had difficulty communicating in English. The sandwich was mostly bread, with very skimpy portions of chicken strips. It was as if they were rationing each piece.
The restaurant often runs out of food items, including cheese and bread. When available, the food is good. The restaurant is usually disorganized and the staff is unfriendly, although the manager is friendly. Recently, new owners and employees have taken over. They are somewhat friendly, but have limited English skills. Prices have increased significantly. Overall, based on my experiences over the past two months, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Dirty. Rude. Out of several items. Left without buying anything the last four visits. And I mean ‘last four’!
Went there, restaurant empty, the root beer had no root beer, they were out of meatballs, onions, and lettuce, the small lids were completely out, had no spoons and the cleark seems to not have grasped the sheer eldritch concept of soup, and then after finally remembering that soup exists only filled the cup halfway, seriously don't waste your time at this location
