Pelican Point Golf Country Club

We just attended a rehearsal supper there tonight. I want to say how INCREDIBLE it was. Christie and Bradley are incredible people that make you feel like you are at THEIR home! TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!! The food was fantastic, esp the Prime Rib.....We had issues with the A/V for a video and The GM Kip was their as well as Jack the Asst Pro to fix this issue! I highly highly recommend them for your next event! You will be blown away! Thanks PP staff!!!

Excellent neighborhood and community. The golf course and clubhouse are beautiful and well-maintained. The food at the clubhouse is delicious. The staff from the front entrance security check-in to the clubhouse are always very courteous and helpful. Pelican Point is one of my favorite spots to visit and hang out.

Played The Lakes Course June 3rd 2023. Pretty busy time Saturday afternoon) but got through the round in about 3 1/2 hours so not bad at all. Course is in solid condition albeit most bunkers are a rocky dirt type sand and not the typical white sand you're used too. It's very compact. Greens are decent, a little bumpy at times but not bad. Fairways are solid, running pretty hot right now. For the price $55 incl. cart) it's a decent value although a bit of a drive if you live in Baton Rouge.

The food and service had NEVER disappointed here! Prices are spot on with food options.

I played 18 on the links course this past Saturday and it was absolutely beautiful. It’s a pretty straightforward course with lots of hazard making it simple yet challenging. The course was so well maintained. I will absolutely be coming back to play some rounds in the future.
