I hate iced coffee, but for some reason, I love the frappe that’s my prerogative. LOL anyway, the woman at the window was so awesome and made me a caramel frappe instead of giving me the caramel mocha iced. This is a breakfast rush time right now. I’m here at 9:30 in the morning for them to stop doing what they were doing and make me a caramel frappe was huge. I’m familiar with food service. Thank you so much. Just made my day! Drive thru needs to get it together! 6:20am and waited 10 minutes on one lane while she repeatedly kept taking the outside lanes orders despite us being at the inside lane before every single car she took before us. Drive off service/staff suck!
As a senior citizen and not too computer savvy I had difficulty ordering my food until a fellow customer helped me. I would need to go often to remember how to it.

Ordered about $30 worth the food. Only thing that was fresh was the fries. Parked at curbside and the worker was so rude. When asked about the sauces that was supposed to come with the nuggets she stated “we don’t have no sauce”. Apple pies was burned Ăn old. We received no sauces or straws. Horrible.
