Przekaż informację zwrotnąHorrible service! I went today April 3, 2024 at 12:30pm I ordered a Grilled Teriyaki bowl. And whoever was in the drive thru taking orders was so rude! I ordered my order and she said something which I didn’t hear her. So I asked her “I’m sorry did you say you were out” I had to ask her 3 times because she wouldn’t respond. She then proceeded to say “ I already told you we were out, why would you ask a question if I already said we don’t have it.” I said I’m sorry but I asked because I didn’t hear you she then proceeded to say again “well why would you ask if I already told you we were out” I left it like that because I was not going to go back and forth with her. Now idk if she was having a bad day or what but that is not how one should be talked to in customer service. I’ve worked customer service most of my life and I would never speak to someone like that. Will never be going back to this location!
Food could of been better!!! Parking: Parking spaces could be bigger!!!
During the drive through it took a long time to attend, so we decided to go inside. People were slow and not paying attention and getting orders messed
Went very early on Sunday AM and the girl was VERY nice. Great and consistent smile on her face. It makes a ho-hum fast food place so much better when the staff smiles and treat customers kindly.She deserves a raise at least a bonus or kudos. Made my day.
Wait took forever fry grease is in need of replacement, overall would not recommend.
