Burger King - Gonzales

THE WORST STAY AWAY!!! 9-21-22 Gonzales,LA 10:56pm The lady made me pull through the drive thru twice because I had two orders and needed to pay with 2 cards. She stated she could not take the order for the additional burger at the same time and that Iwould have to drive thru again. Odd but, ok I pulled back around and place the second transaction, she proceeds to hand me abag I asked her if all the food is inside she says yes. It was two separate orders and I needed them into bags cuz they weregoing to two separate locations but again okay Good thing I checked cuz it was only the last order for one Burger I adviseher and ask for my second order, after a bit of confusion she produces my second order. I asked for ranch and buffalo but shetells me she cannot give me any of that as I don't have any items to require dipping, (I ordered fries) My advisor that Iwould like some ranch and buffalo not only for my fries to dip in but also for the burgers as we like to dip them in ranch andbuffalo as well. She states that she can't do it especially since I don't have anything to dip. I remind her that fries areliterally an item you dip. I also mentioned the fact that I have two separate orders going to two separate locations and she hasalready made me drive through the drive-thru twice for and can she please give me some ranch and buffalo. She tells me as Idon't have any typical items on my one order she cannot do it, I proceed to remind her that not only do I have two orders whichI've driven through twice for I also have a total of four burgers and large fry. She vehemently states that no no no she cannotgive me any ...Cue slamming the window in my face and locking it I wasn't going to sit there and argue with this lady(not sure what she's going through) so I left very disappointed and Disturbed. Not with all the friendly opposite person lay on the theke who spoke with a customer about a coloscopy, not something they want to hear about during their eating!

Dreadful holdings every time along with terrible service. the carbahn 30 is exploded at 5 o'clock with the traffic and the people from the work. Each almost food restaurant is again with hungry people, except burger king. a new administration is urgently required. very bad service.

The staff was very friendly and my eating was fresh and hot.

Slow drive thru service. and how can your drink machine never work.
