Burger King - Gonzales

If I could give 0 stars, I would. very slow especially this morning... still sitting in the order menu like I type....it was already 10 minutes. I finally decide to drive to the window and no one. gives 1 person there who claim they are not open. the manager is very rude

The car behind me blew their horn while waiting in line and I was refused service for someone else's stupidity. This explained the reason there was no line at this establishment compared to all others. Just sad.

?‍ Come on Burger King, the king of the sloppy burgers. Chicken is hard like plastic and cold. Can't even eat it.

How do enter zero stars lady at the window which is probably the manager was RUDE just for no reason if you hate your job just quit don’t ruin people day and get mad just because the want sauce or hot food smh. No matter how polite you are you get the same nasty attitude from staff.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced in years! Asked for condiments and as I opened the bag to check the order I was immediately told “it’s in the bag sir!… you asked me for it and you got it!” I said you are you so rude I need to speak to your manager. She said I am the manager! She then slammed the window and waved and told me to leave. Another employee came to the window so I asked for the info. He said he is not giving me her name or the name of her manager and if I didn’t leave they would call the police. You want to talk about pathetic…. Not to mention the spicy chicken sandwich was horrible. Over cooked, rubbery and super tough not that I have an appetite left anyway. I’ll eat out of a trash can before I go back there…
