Every time we go to Sardinia we eat at this restaurant and spend a nice evening. This year among other things we ordered a mixture of Sardinian cheeses, great disappointment they brought a dish with only one cheese of commercial type. As soon as we noticed, they apologized for not having any more cheese. Is it possible for me to always be careful and assert your rights even at the table considering the poor honesty and professionalism of some restaurateurs?
