Food was great and their staff was friendly and helpful. Clean restaurant and they had bottomless drinks and a nicely filled salsa bar area. Would highly recommend this place and we also would love to return to this chain of restaurants, they said on the bag they have a closer Ventura location on E. Main Street. Thanks SB Chicken Ranch!
I love this place, if you like pollo loco, you will like this place ,not only do they have grilled chicken on a wood burning grill , but they also have an amazing tri-tip.The food has an amazing smokey flavor , and very good pricing.
Walked in and saw a bunch of rice on the ground so I assumed they had like a chicken coop or something, hence the name. Turns out it was just Karen and her two kids at the table. Clean up after yourselves people.
The only thing I can say about chicken Ranch is that is the best chicken and trip tip in town Love the mezquite flavor and the salsa's are the best Not to mention all the guys that work there! I visit chicken Ranch st least 3 times a week.
'If it ain 't broke, don 't fix it ' seems to be a fitting motto for the SB Chicken Ranch. This casual local walk-up Mexican style BBQ joint has been serving from the same simple menu for decades, and yet, like In and Out Burger, people still come in droves to get their favorite dish. The service is quick, the food is plentiful, and the salsa bar is always free.
