Kyle's Protein Grill - Goleta

I ordered the kids chicken tenders with French fries but couldn't eat them because they were too spicy. I suspect they fry both spicy and non-spicy items in the same oil. The chicken was also a little dry. The burgers and salads, on the other hand, were delicious. I will probably just stick to those from now on.

I have mixed feelings about Kyle's Kitchen. I absolutely love their food and the values of their local chain. However, I was disappointed with my recent experience. My partner and I were looking for a healthy dinner option after our Sunbasket order was delayed. I ordered Kyle's Protein Grill online through their easy-to-use app and picked it up as scheduled. The food was warm when I got home, but the vegan meatballs were dry and dense, and the rice and vegetables were bland. Even the sauce couldn't save the meal. I provided feedback through a customer survey and received a $25 credit for a future purchase. I plan to give Kyle's Protein Grill another chance, but for now, I can only give it three stars based on their response to my concerns.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and offered at a reasonable price. The menu may be a bit confusing at first, but just ask for clarification and it becomes quite straightforward. The vegetarian meatball dish is particularly delicious!
