This cafe is excellent and a must-visit when you're in Golden. The food is delicious, complemented by outstanding service. The atmosphere is one-of-a-kind, with handwritten names and notes from customers adorning the walls. It's clear that this is a favorite spot among the locals. The hand-carved meats in the sandwiches reflect the classic style of their offerings.

A classic family-run breakfast spot. The food is delicious, and the service is attentive. The prices are fair for what you get. I would definitely recommend it!

I dine here at least once a week, whenever I can find parking. My favorites are the stuffed peppers and chicken fried steak. The home-cooked meals are outstanding. I've recommended this place several times.

Wow... what a delightful surprise this little hidden gem is! I absolutely loved it! We ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes topped with sausage gravy. We also tried the chili relleno lunch with green chili sauce. And let's not forget the "mash," which is a delicious combination of biscuits, hash browns smothered in gravy, bacon, and an egg! The soup was fantastic as well! While the rice, beans, and green beans (the sides) weren’t top-notch, I didn’t even mind. I definitely plan on returning!
