The Ridge Roadhouse - Gold River

I had a burger which was so stacked it was hard to keep the filling in the bun, this is pub food not gourmet dining so the burger was OK not great and was overcooked. the halibut looked like it would have been a better choice.

We enjoyed our dinner here and came back the second day too!It's a large, clean, modern restaurant, with indoor seating and an outdoor patio. all with a panoramic view.I enjoyed a burger with fries, along with a VI Ale, and Colleen thought her steak sandwich was perfect.The second visit we enjoyed the Wednesday night "Wings", which is a Gold River 'tradition'.Enjoy, Paul

So pleased we found The Ridge a fun evening with good service & nice atmosphere. Lots of free safe parking.

We ended going for dinner at the Ridge. Food was very good with a wide variety. Ask to sit outside. We enjoyed the scenery and watching the hummingbirds. And of course, you have to love those mountain views. Service was great and people super friendly. Thanks again.

While in Gold River, I decided to drop into the Ridge Pub for dinner. I am glad I did, as I had the best steak sandwich ever. The steak was thick, tender, and cooked perfectly. The steak was better than most restaurants serve at twice the price. I will be back!
