If there is a thing that dominos get their names. they roll the cube and it is very unlikely that any toppings fall on their pizza. go to maries pizza they pay a little more, but they get what they pay for. I don't understand...why after I went to domino, someone would go back a second time!
The delivery was very fast only pizza to foyer not taken into the room. the pizza was cold and boiled, missed 2 additional items that I ordered and the chicken wings were boiled under. dominos worst pizza ever. I usually love my local dominos pizza and honest. had no such bad pizza from dominos, but that was terrible, expensive and very disastrous. I had no cooking options in my unit I was curious to have this pizza. next time I will not order dominos, I will try and get me a decent pizza from anywhere else.
I have been ordering from this restaurant for over two years. There have been a few instances where the pizzas arrived looking like they had been shaken during delivery, but they were promptly replaced. I give them 4 stars for the quality and deliciousness of their pizzas, as well as for their service and guidance. The manager's involvement is crucial in ensuring a positive experience. Recently, I received some vouchers for free pizzas due to a long wait time of almost three hours for a pizza one night. However, when I tried to redeem the voucher for a free pizza worth $22 for delivery only, I encountered some difficulties. Despite multiple attempts, the system kept asking me to spend $22 instead of letting me use the voucher. After waiting on hold for a total of 36 minutes over two calls, I spoke to a stressed young man who was unable to resolve the issue. I requested to speak to the manager or someone higher up. While waiting, I overheard a heated argument between the young man and the manager, which was quite unsettling. Finally, when I spoke to the manager (I believe his name was George, Geoff, or Garry), he seemed disinterested in helping me and claimed not to know who Nathan Van Jole, the franchise owner, was. This lack of helpfulness and confusion left me disappointed and frustrated with the service provided.
Great value pizzas, always fresh and with plenty of filling. The staff are always cheery and helpful and you don't generally have to wait too long for counter service. The premises themselves are tired and always look grubby. The staff could maybe spend a little...time tidying, sweeping and wiping down out front. The appearance may be enough to make people go elsewhere. Overall, great pizzas so don't let first impressions put you off.
