Mcdonald's Merrimac - gold-coast

Call me old fashioned but I still want to talk to a human sometimes. Everything is automatic now. I asked a staff member for some help with an in app purchase and they didn't know how it worked either. I guess even younger people are struggling with the constant change.

Worst Macca's on the Gold Coast, Unprofessional staff don't know their job, been multiple times to see if it was a one off, most times orders are wrong or missing items, Would not recommend! Train your staff better!!

We went there a few times, but each time we go, they fill our order we either have to go back because they have forgotten something in our order or they have added the Burger back in a meal that is my daughter allergic and I always state to take it off, they have no customer service and we have actually only gone to taste their chocolate soft serviettes and I have been fed. I said I wanted 3 soft stations and I got 2

Don’t think this store has ever got an order right. Even when confirming they still get it wrong.Also never give you the monopoly packaging
