Crystal De Luxe Resort

First of all I wanna thank our agent in the M97 Tours agency in Sarajevo for recomending this AMAZING Resort. This was my family 's first trip to Türkiye and we were very excited for our 2022 vacation. And it was much better then we expected. Turkish hospitality is one of the best in the world and Crystal De Luxe Resort is a perfect example of that. This is very difficult to explain with words, you really need to be there and see it with your own eyes. The Hotel looks great, with beautiful interior and exterior. The name De Luxe is very suitable for it. The Hotel staff is amazing, everyone is very kind and good at their job. No complaints at all and THANK YOU for your service. The food is out of this world. Breakfest, lunch, dinner, snack bar at the beach and the pool, you can NEVER be hungry in this place. Special regards to the lady who makes Gözleme and the Ice Cream man, they are a perfect addition to the whole ambient. I need to mention the entertainment crew (especially ms. Oznur), they are doing an amazing job all day to keep everyone entertained. I recommend Crystal De Luxe Resort to everyone. Families with kids, without kids, friends, older people, younger people there is something for everybody. We will see you again, that 's for sure

The food is soo yummy So much kinds of sweets Amazing honestly Especially the turkish delights The best thing is that they depend on a different cuisine every day with its various flavors and tastes, i love this hotel!!

Nice experience, but for sure not 5 stars. Pros: very close to the beach (3 min walking distance); room, beach and the hotel in general was very clean; employees are very kind and willing to help; right in the center of the city and there are plenty of shops nearby. Cons: their English is limited to very few words and it is very difficult to communicate with them; the rooms are very noisy and you have to wait for the parties to end so you can rest; the room door was broken and we woke up in the middle of the night with the door wide opened and someone was about to enter our room and we had to go back to bed with the luggage against the door. General impression about Turkey: very beautiful country and lots of things to visit, people are very pushy when selling things and you have to tip everyone (sometimes they are very rude if you don't).

Spent my vacation in this hotel everything was excellent, definitely coming back
