Pho Ben Tre - Göttingen

It is a good place to eat something when you are in divine for a few days. quality is in order and prices are not very high. perhaps not the right place for a romantic dinner, but enough for a quick business dinner.

I am not quite sure why this micro-semi-restaurant / half- snack is included in this list. probably just because it is close to a series of hotels close by. ok, this is a simple standard four joint. eating is only average, the price is very low. useful if they want to sleep in the opposite and not make the long walk in the city.

Genuine (non-European! Vietnamese cuisine. The province and town of Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta south of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City is famous for its delicious soups with many variations of noodles (from rice and various meat types (bef, pig, chicken, but not ducks). This bistro is specialized in cooking and offers these soups in Vietnam. They taste wonderful, each other! and with rice noodles, meat and many vegetables they are also very saturating. But you can also enjoy appetizers such as summer rolls or spring rolls that both taste delicious (I had not received so much taste in any Asian restaurant so far. After we had discovered the restaurant (not very large, everything new, everything very clean and the family that cooks itself is very nice, we were there four or five times in a row and enjoyed it a lot to taste the various foods. So, who wants not only a rice cuddle, duck and vegetables, but a food that is wonderfully spiced, very genuinely vietnamese and at the same time satisfying the desire for a soup, can have its bright pleasure in this bistro, in any case a much larger than in many more expensive restaurants.

Delicious food in large portions, very friendly owners... and the best: everything freshly prepared and on our desire also vegan. As an alternative there is Tofu or Seitan: for this the order takes 10min longer, that is worth it, but definitv!
