August 2023, 1 kilo of meatballs is 660 TL, including double salad and 1 liter of drink. Meatballs are delicious, kelle trotter and lentil soups are good. Semolina with Ice Cream, different and delicious (60 TL). The young waiter employees were fast and friendly, and the gentleman with glasses who took care of us was also very interested. Parking: There may not be a place in the street opposite the bus station.

Gonen is one of the top places to visit for a good meal. The quality of the products is good, with a decent performance overall. It may not be the most exciting or enjoyable dining experience, but if you're looking for a solid meal in a nice atmosphere, this is the place to go. The food and service both receive top marks, while the atmosphere is rated at a 4 out of 5.

While on our way to Çanakkale, we took a wrong turn and stumbled upon a restaurant with mixed plates. We ordered one for four people and it was more than enough. We enjoyed sausage, chicken shish, and meatballs. The standout dish was the chicken skewer, which I believe was made from thigh meat instead of breast meat. The sausage was also delicious, followed by the meatballs which were good but nothing extraordinary. We had better meatballs in the Güvemalan district. Unfortunately, there was no complimentary treat provided, just a small portion of pure tomato paste which seemed store-bought. The piyaz salad was tasty, especially when paired with tahini sauce. The mixed plate cost around 610 liras, but I would still consider returning for the chicken skewers.
