We ordered extra bacon on both subs which we did not receive, light mayo and lettuce which they gave none really, there was sauce on half of one of the subs on the outside, and they didn't put the churro in our order either. I wish I hadn't gone back for it because it was atrocious. There also isn't a way to request a refund or put a review on the app. The worst by far experience of any subway I've been to. Disgusting and disappointing.
Placed online order when I saw it had added all items went up to store before they even made my subs. And was told they couldn't alter it even though they hadn't made it. The rude clerk keep putting toppings on my subs even though I had the online receipt very very poor customer service!!!!!
Try to come in on Sunday at 10 a.m. and the door was locked. Sign said open. Tried to call but the line was
The 2 girls working that day were doing a great job keeping up with all the online and in store orders. However, they mixed up 1 of our orders and put the wrong ingredients on the wrong bread with not all the correct toppings. Bummer!
Alexis is always so nice and cheerful!! Also, she always makes my special requests without any hesitation!! The service and food is great!!
