Braum's Ice Cream Burger - Goddard

We have always had a great experience!! Friendly staff, great food, good experience. Not a long wait time. Always fresh food inside the grocery area as well!!

We were shorted a lot of items in our order, which we ate inside of Braum’s. My SOL went to the counter to get the items we didn’t receive and “Mr In-Charge” behind the counter treated us as though we were lying. It took a lot of restraint to continue being nice. Did he think that we hid the missing food somewhere so that we could get more for free? We might go back again, but it will be when they get some workers who are mature enough to admit a mistake and even apologize for it.

We have waited over 45 mins for 2 kids meals and a burger! We are still waiting!!!! The drive through is steadily getting served as well as the ice cream line but those of us who have ordered food are still waiting. It will be a LONG while before we return.

Stopped at a Braum's in Goddard for supper. After waiting for 30 minutes the staff had only delivered 2 orders to inside customers. Asked for the person in charge and insisted on a refund.Went next door to Dairy Queen and they delivered our order in 3 minutes. Amazing!

Just opened so I am being nice. Incomplete order and wrong toppings. Everything tastes as if it were salted excessively (yes, everything). Sizes run smaller than the competition for the pricing. I'm a baseball person (before politics got involved). This is strike 1.
