As locals we knew the Common would have the fire cranking and with their happy hour going from 5 6 pm we thought an early dinner was in order. Tony Co did not disappoint, attentive staff ensured we were met, sat and serviced in a good timely manner. There was a good selection of options on the menu complimented with some delicious South American options for specials. Also available happy hour offered a good range of drink options to choose from, which we made full use of. Both my wife and I tried different specials (burritos and quesadillas) both of which were tasty authentic. With both my son and wife having a sweet tooth they had desserts which they intended to share 50/50 (sticky toffee pudding and Churros). Our son left his share of the Churros as they were presented cut in half (which is apparently a deal breaker for the pre pubescent), the attentive manager [Tony] was quick to spot the issue offer a fresh batch which my son accepted/devoured then processed to eat his original offerings . All in all we couldn’t fault our experience my only complaint being; having to leave relatively early as it was a school night……..
Eat here twice it is in the Margaret Beach Resort complex great atmosphere and very good food we even had live entertainment one night
Great live music into the sunset and under the stars on Sunday night. Scrumptious nachos and friendly, helpful staff. Happy customers, dancing the night away and having a good time, respectful of others’ enjoyment. Highly recommend!
The Common was basic pub style food in a dark and gloomy atmosphere. Service was fine and the food a little different but still basic pub grub.
Popped in for a beer and wine. It’s got no beach front vibe, just a big dark bar with sticky tables. Back area is next to a swimming pool with screaming kids. Much nicer places in town.
