Przekaż informację zwrotnąTerrible experience. I don’t usually write reviews, because I get it…mistakes happen. I placed a large order on the app to bring into work. Instructions were not followed. When speaking with the store manger, she provided an explanation about a disconnect between the app and their store as the factor…I get it, but it’s not my issue, why are you explaining internal jargon and processes to a customer? I drove from work to swap out the incorrect items for new ones…no credit or comp beverage offered for the trouble. Staff was goofing off and not manning the counter when I walked in, and the store manager didn’t even come up to apologize in person. Very inefficient operation. I usually order from here at least once per week, but won’t be ordering from this branch ever again.
Easily the best dunkin I've ever been too. Not just because the store was clean and new but the staff working this morning were the nicest. 10/10 experience.
SLOW service! No consistency with team members. I hope the new one opening is better
Just like every Dunkin in the area. Nothing really exceptional about this location. However, I do prefer the Johnstown location over this location as well. Johnstown Dunkin appears to be a little more consistent with their product when compared to the Gloversville location. I do suggest this location to others, just remember it's not the best!
It is Monday 3/1/2021 10:50amOut of all the years I have been going to the gloversville Dunkin’ Donuts I have never had a problem and never given attitude but the girl at the drive thru decided to give me attitude because I didn’t hear what she was saying she was speaking whiter than a mouse I have never been disrespected there and I am very very disappointed in them for hiring a girl that has a mouth like that!
