Little Italy Pizza - Glouster

Little italy here in glouster is just the best. the personal is so friendly to us every time, and that one time when we chose pick up they called, they can just come to deliver it if we wanted because they know that we do in the regular delivery. super sweet, even to offer. always friendly and well maintained and the non-pizza menu elements are bombed. burgers are great, and so the salads, corn-nuggets, wobbles, etc. pizza is always perfectly cooked and super cheesy. I love eating in little italy! the sister location in nelsonville is just as great.

We order from the Nelsonville location a few times a month. the food is usually good, and they make a tasty pie. however... Tonight. 12/1/21 I ordered 2 o the Philly steak subs, as well as a dozen hot wings. was told that it would be a very uncommon hour to pick it up. (no delivery was available) I pulled up to the drive thru after an hour, only to sit behind another truck for over 20 minutes waiting to get to the window. I'm guessing that having 2 of the employees outside talking on the phone may have had something to do with that. Regardless... I finally get to the window and pay my $31 for the food, then I'm told there is going to be missing toppings on my subs. 5 minutes later, the girl comes back to the window to tell me that my wings were going to be another 10 minutes to get finished. AGAIN... SHE TOOK MY MONEY BEFORE LETTING ME IN ON THOSE LITTLE SECRETS... no explainitions... no apologies... no substitutions for the missing toppings... no break on the $31 price tag. UNTIL THEY WORK OUT THEIR STAFFING ISUES, I AM DONE WITH THE NELSONVILLE STORE. Their are other pizza places in town

Sick of paying almost $8 for a sub with one piece of meat and a half of sub without cheese. Your priority of your profit margin will kill your business.
