Queens Head - Gloucester

That was my first visit. a relative who lives around the corner, said it was a good meal, so we booked a family table. it wasn't disappointed. her menu is not huge, (what I am happy) as some businesses fail while they try to do too much. a selection of six to start. the Steak-Ale-Pie is the largest I have seen, I had stuffed and the light desserts compliment the plentiful net. the personal who was attentive and professional at night, and the low lighting and decor adds to the warm atmosphere.

The go to place for guaranteed quality food. Front of house staff really look after you. We've had so many family meals here and have never been let down. If you want great atmosphere, great food and be made to feel welcome then this is the place to go. Look forward to many more visits.

I drove over an hour just to have the famous Longford lamb. Third time that I did this and it did not disappoint. Price wise the food is not cheap but it's worth it. Drinks are reasonably priced. I recommend it.

We just had an amazing Sunday roast here. Great food, big portions. And the Banoffee was epic !! Great service and will definitely be coming back.
