Lounges Portivo Lounge - Gloucester

We did have a great dinner here. Friendly staff, good service and delicious food

Came here with a meat eater and gluten free friend. It was great the Lounge had a separate GF and Vegan menu we all managed to get a great tasting meal. I loved the smashed avo on ciabatta with some button mushrooms, vegan bacon and falafel. Tasted scrummy. Updated from previous review on 2024 03 03

Separate, varied vegan menu given on arrival. Good staff. Bustling atmosphere on a Saturday lunchtime. A fair 3 stars because I feel a very good 4 star review is not appropriate for a non-vegan business.

Eat at the Lounges quite a bit as they have a separate vegan menu with lots of choice. Their AB's veggie sausage (which is vegan! is absolutely the best tasting vegan sausage EVER!! If you're looking for a huge fry up, Lounges are definitely the place to go. However, my experience at Portivo Lounge was awful, most of the breakfast was luke warm at best. The server offered to take it back but as my partner has started eating his I declined. They made a half arsed attempt to offer a free drink in recompense but I had a train to catch, so had to decline. So the server just walked off! Won't ever go here again.
