Costa Coffee - Gloucester

The staff was efficient and delivered great service during a very busy time. Unfortunately, there was a rude customer, which added to the stress of the loud environment caused by other patrons, machines, and the screens before the register. It was also challenging to communicate since their voices were muffled by masks. However, the worker handled everything professionally. Well done!

Lib is an outstanding manager; he's always cheerful and goes above and beyond. We travel from Weston-super-Mare, and it's always a pleasure to visit this Costa location. He always takes the time to chat with us. I highly recommend it—100%! The place is clean and well-kept, especially compared to some spots in Weston. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas!
