Bubba's Shrimp Shack - Gloucester

Delicious! My husband and I took our son to explore Hayes/Gloucester the other day and decided to stop at Bubba's for lunch. I had the cake sandwich. It was huge and so delicious. I liked the Remoulade sauce they put on the side. We also ordered the fish basket for my son. The catfish was so fresh, tender and easily fried. It was delicious. She crab soup was the best I had in a while! The staff was very friendly and mentioned that they will open a location in Yorktown. We will definitely be regular. 5 stars for us. P. S. Do not leave without tasting the homemade bakery desserts. The apple bread was so delicious that we later bought extras.

There are many seafood to choose from. The fried shrimps are delicious, the bread is light, and like all other things they are perfectly fried. I've never been disappointed with another food I've eaten, and they give you a lot!! Everything comes with an excellent cocktail, tartaric acid and its special sauce, and it is especially...very good, very good, you have to put it on everything! Everyone is friendly and helpful!!!

This place is a jewel! Nuthin's imagination, order at the counter, and they bring your me . . . correction, sumptuous feast. The kitchen crew is obviously top-notch, and the counter staff is knowledgeable and customer-oriented. We'll return next time we're in the area.

Had the fried fish sandwich and was so crispy and so delicious my daughter had the shrimp and fish basket. She was pleasantly surprised. Very recommend Bubba's Shrimp Shack.

Great food with a great staff. I have never left there hungry. Always a good portion of food.
